General description:

• The project consists of a mix-use development of low rise residential and office buildings, mostly on 3 floors + ground) with retail spaces throughout and a dedicated food court.

• The buildings are grouped in thirteen clusters, separated by landscaped open areas with a canopy system running East-West in the ‘central spine’ of the development.
